Windows 10 Help

Windows 10 is here and we are aware that many computers have been updating on their own.

The Windows 10 upgrade is a free option until July 29th 2016.

​

If you have checked with your software companies and they all support windows 10 then there is nothing else you will meed to do at this time.

​

If any of your software is not compatible or, you dont like the layout of Windows 10 and it has been less than 30 days since your update, follow these steps to revert back to Windows 7 or 8.1:

​

Click the windows icon in the bottom left corner. 

 - Go to Settings > 

 - Update & security > 

 - Recovery  and selecting either Go back to Windows 7 or Go back to Windows 8.1. 

 

This won't affect your personal files, but it will remove any apps you installed after the upgrade to Windows 10.
